This space is designed for practitioners who value atmosphere, professionalism, business autonomy while also being a part of a collective of wellness professionals, and long-term stability. -Referrals to your therapy offerings to clients in need
-Be a part of any collective advertising/community events (there may be additional costs if you choose to participate and we can discuss this as a collective effort)
-Optional linen service (additional fee for therapies that need linens, we can share this service.)

What it costs
THERAPY ROOMS – We have rooms available for therapies that require a table and rooms that revolve around more talking based therapies.
(WE CURRENTLY HAVE OPENINGS. PLEASE REACH OUT ABOUT WHICH DAYS ARE AVAILABLE)
Full day – $150 a month per day
Split day – 8am – 2pm – $100 a month per day
2pm – 8pm – $100 a month per day
Example – if you are only using the room every Tuesday for a full day then your rent would be $150 per month.
If you are using the room every Tuesday and split day for a Thursday then your rent would be $250 a month.
MOVEMENT ROOM – this space is open and not a private room. It is ideal for any movement based practitioners that want to work one on one with clients or hold small group led classes.

This room is rented by the hour – $15 per hour
When renting the space please consider the time needed for transition so you can hold the space for that time.
