Support & Recovery Therapy
We offer Red Light Therapy, Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna, & Halo Therapy to help support your body. They are great therapies to add on to another therapy session or to do on its own. Read on to learn about the many benefits of these therapies.
Red Light Therapy
What’s Red Light Therapy?
Red and near-infrared light are part of the electromagnetic spectrum, and more specifically, part of the spectrum of light emitted by the sun. These wavelengths of light are “bioactive” in humans. Unlike other wave lengths of light, red and NIR are able to penetrate deeper into the body’s cells to activate mitochondria function. This then leads to enhance cellular energy output. This effect on our cells can have many positive outcomes with regular use of this therapy. Basically if your cells are functioning better then they can do their jobs in your body better!
We use a Mito Red Pro Panel. They have excellent irradiance, are low EMF, and cover a variety of wavelengths. They offer Enhanced Spectral Energy Output (ESPEO). Your body will receive the full therapeutic spectrum of Red Light and Near Infrared just as nature intended.
Wavelengths – 25% 630nm, 25% 660nm, 25% 830nm, 25% 850nm
These panels are very efficient at what they do so maximum therapy time is 20 minutes for the body. We offer therapy sessions in times of 10 minutes or 20 minutes. This therapy can be done alone or added on to another therapy which is recommended!
Benefits of Red Light Therapy

Infrared Sauna
What is an Infrared Sauna?
Infrared saunas heat up the body by using using the wavelengths of near, mid, and far. Far Infrared penetrates the deepest and is what makes the body start to increase in temperature. This is where you start to experience most of the benefits of the Infrared sauna.
This sauna also has LED Chromotherapy lights. The visible light creates photons that are absorbed into the skin. The different colors can have different chemical reactions which can have various therapeutic biochemical benefits in the body.
Sessions are offered in 30 min & 50 min sessions in a single person sauna. It is recommended to combine both infrared sauna and red light therapy for a great support and recovery session for your body.
Benefits
Pain Relief – Infrared saunas dramatically increase blood flow and penetrates deeper into your tissue. The increase in oxygenated blood flow to your to affected areas in your body will help with managing pain and give relief.
Relieves Stress & Tension – Infrared sauna sessions have shown in studies to increase serotonin levels in the body. An increase in serotonin will help your body feel more relaxed, happier, and calmer. It’s the body’s natural “feel good” chemical.
Improves Recovery & Circulation – The heat from an infrared sauna will increase your body temperature which then makes your blood vessels dilate and blood flow will increase. The increase in blood flow will help get the oxygen and nutrients faster to the parts of the body that needs them. This will help your body in recovery for better optimal function and regeneration.
Detoxification – The skin is the largest organ of our body and when we sweat, this helps the body to remove toxins from our body. Sweating is the preferred way our body likes to remove unwanted contaminants such as heavy metals & mycotoxins.
Weight loss – The infrared sauna will cause an increase in heart rates and when doing that your body will also increase the metabolic rate. This means your body will be more efficient at burning calories!
Lower Blood Pressure – When your blood vessels are more dilated from infrared sauna use, your body is having to use less pressure to pump your blood through your body. Studies have shows that with regular infrared sauna use, this will help with cardiovascular health.
Helps your immune system – The infrared sauna will increase your body’s core temperature. In doing so, your body is tricked into thinking it is running a low grade fever and will trigger an immune response in your body. This also helps the body to fight off unwanted pathogens in the body such as viruses, bacteria, mold, and parasites.
Promotes healthier skin – Regular sauna use has shown to help with skin hydration and complexion. Combined with regular Red Light Therapy it may also enhance collagen production of your skin.

Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna Contraindications
-Medications (Individuals who are using prescriptions drugs should seek the advice of their physician or pharmacist for possible changes in the drugs effect when the body is exposed to infrared waves or elevated body temperature. Diuretics, barbiturates, and beta-blockers may impair the body’s natural heat loss mechanisms. Anticholinergics such as amitriptyline may inhibit sweating and can predispose individuals to heat rash or, to a lesser extent, heat stroke. Some over-the-counter drugs, such as antihistamines, may also cause the body to be more prone to heat stroke.)
-Cardiovascular conditions ( Individuals with cardiovascular conditions or problems (hypertension/hypotension), congestive heart failure, impaired coronary circulation or those who are taking medications which might affect blood pressure should exercise caution when exposed to prolonged heat. Heat stress increases cardiac output and blood flow in an effort to transfer internal body heat to the outside environment via the skin (perspiration) and respiratory system. This takes place primarily due to major changes in the heart rate, which has the potential to increase by thirty (30) beats per minute for each degree increase in core body temperature.)
-Alcohol
-Diseases causing the inability to sweat
-Individuals prone to bleeding (hemophiliacs)
-Insensitivity to heat
-Menstruation (Heating of the low back area of those who are menstruating may temporarily increase)
menstrual flow.-Recent acute joint injury
-Implants (Metal pins, rods, artificial joints, or any other surgical implants generally reflect infrared waves and thus are not heating by this system)
Please consult with your doctor if you are unsure and want to make sure that infrared sauna therapy is right for you.
